All digital products are delivered electronically.
Payments for digital products are securely processed through Paddle or another authorized payment provider.
No physical products are shipped.

2. Licensing

All digital products are licensed, not sold.
Purchasing a digital product grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased files in accordance with the applicable License Agreement.
The permitted use of each digital product depends on the license accompanying that product.

3. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, all artwork, illustrations, graphics, branding assets, website content, digital products, designs, and other creative materials available on this website remain the exclusive intellectual property of Paulina Chencova.

Purchasing a digital product does not transfer ownership of copyright or any intellectual property rights unless expressly agreed in writing.

You may not:

  • redistribute or resell original files;
  • share purchased files with third parties;
  • upload products to stock marketplaces or file-sharing platforms;
  • claim the original artwork as your own;
  • use purchased products in any manner prohibited by the applicable license.

4. Refunds

Refunds for digital products are governed by the separate Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.


These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Montenegro.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Montenegro.

This website, its content and digital products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

While every reasonable effort is made to ensure the quality, accuracy, and availability of the information and products,  Paulina Chencova and POLICOM DOO make no warranties, express or implied, regarding uninterrupted website availability, compatibility with specific software or devices, or suitability for a particular purpose.
