3. Ownership of Custom Design Work
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all preliminary concepts, sketches, drafts, unused proposals, working files, source files, and other development materials remain the intellectual property of Paulina Chencova.
Upon full payment, the client receives the rights to use the approved final deliverables as specified in the individual project agreement.
Transfer of copyright or exclusive rights is valid only where expressly agreed in writing.
