Following payment, you receive a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use and adapt the Artwork for one business or brand, subject to these terms. The license has no fixed expiry while you comply with its terms. Copyright in the original Artwork remains with its copyright owner, identified on the product page. The Artwork may also be licensed to other customers.

You may use the Artwork in branding and logo designs, product packaging, labels, personal or business websites, social media, advertising, printed marketing materials, apparel and merchandise. You may resize, recolour, crop and combine the Artwork with other design elements. Personal use by the purchaser is also permitted within the same license limits.

Finished physical products incorporating the Artwork may be sold. Finished digital materials may be used for the licensed business or brand, provided they are not offered as reusable artwork, design resources or editable templates.

One purchase covers one business or brand: either your own or one client’s. You may create multiple projects for that same business or brand. A separate license is required for each additional business or brand. A client project uses the license for that client; it does not also cover your own business or other clients.

You may deliver finished designs to that client and allow their use under these terms. Give the client a copy of this license. The original Bundle must not be passed on as a standalone asset collection. Printers, contractors and team members may access only the files needed to produce work for the licensed business, and may not reuse them for anyone else.

Each purchased Bundle is limited to 5,000 physical end products or printed copies in total, across all designs, illustrations and variations from that Bundle. Items sold and items given away both count. Multiple illustrations on the same finished item count as one item. A packaged product counts once; separately distributed printed materials count separately.

Website visits, social media views and advertising impressions do not count towards this physical production limit. Contact the shop before exceeding 5,000 units to arrange additional written permission.

Use in a logo or brand identity is permitted, but the underlying Artwork remains non-exclusive. You may not claim exclusive ownership of the Artwork itself, register the Artwork itself as your trademark, or seek protection that would prevent the creator or other licensed customers from using it. This license does not guarantee that a logo incorporating the Artwork is eligible for trademark registration.

Any extension of these rights must be agreed in writing by the copyright owner or their authorised representative.

Nothing in this license limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Purchase and payment matters remain subject to the terms presented at checkout.

• Reselling, sharing, giving away, sublicensing or redistributing the original Artwork or Bundle as standalone files, whether unchanged or modified.

• Offering the Artwork as stock graphics, clip art, digital downloads of the Artwork, asset packs or reusable design resources.

• Including the Artwork in editable templates or products that allow customers to extract, customise or reuse the Artwork independently.

• Uploading the Artwork to a public asset library, shared download folder or marketplace for others to access or reuse.

• Using one license for several businesses, brands or clients, or exceeding the production limit without additional written permission.

• Claiming authorship of the original Artwork or exclusive rights to it. Changes to the Artwork do not remove these restrictions.

Keep the original files secure. Any client, contractor or team member given permitted access must follow these terms. Access is limited to work for the licensed business or brand and does not give that person an independent license. Do not distribute the source Artwork in a way that allows others to use it separately from the permitted project.
