Illustration Commercial License
This license applies to the individual illustration purchased from Paulina Chencova, as identified in your order (the “Illustration”). It covers that Illustration only, not other illustrations in the shop. Keep your receipt as proof of purchase.
Print files: AI, EPS, PDF and JPEG (CMYK).
Web files: AI, SVG, PNG and JPEG (RGB).
The PNG has a transparent background. The JPEG includes the background shown on the Illustration’s product page. This is a digital download; no physical item or custom design service is included.

2. Permitted use
You receive a non-exclusive license for one business or brand. You may use the Illustration for website graphics, social media content, product packaging, printed materials, apparel and merchandise, including finished products for sale. Each additional business or brand requires a separate license.

3. Production limit
You may produce up to 5,000 end products or copies in total using the Illustration, across all designs and production runs under this license. The limit is not 5,000 per product or design. Website visits and social media views do not count as copies. For a larger production run, obtain a separate written license before exceeding the limit.
You may resize, recolour and incorporate the Illustration into your designs for the permitted uses, using compatible software. Modified versions remain subject to this license. You may not use the Illustration, including a modified version, as a logo, trademark or brand identity.
You may not resell, give away, sublicense or redistribute the Illustration as an artwork file, stock asset or editable template. Finished printed products are permitted within the production limit. You may provide necessary files to a printer or designer solely for work on the licensed business; they may not reuse or redistribute them.

4. Editing and restrictions
Copyright in the original Illustration remains with Paulina Chencova. This purchase does not transfer ownership or exclusive rights. The Illustration may be licensed to other buyers. For logo use, trademark use or exclusive rights, contact me to discuss a separate written agreement.
5. Copyright and exclusivity
As a digital product, this purchase is generally non-refundable and non-exchangeable, subject to applicable law and Paddle’s Buyer Terms and Refund Policy. This does not limit mandatory rights, including rights relating to faulty, missing or misdescribed files. If you have a problem with your files, please contact me.
