The PNG has a transparent background. The JPEG (JPG) includes the background shown on the Illustration’s product page. Vector files are not included. This is a digital download; no physical item or custom design service is included.

You receive a non-exclusive license for your own personal, non-commercial use. This includes personal prints, home décor, a personal tattoo and private creative projects. You may resize or adapt the Illustration for these uses; modified versions remain subject to this license.

You may not use the Illustration for a business, brand, advertising, paid client work, products for sale or any other commercial purpose. You may not use it as a logo, trademark or brand identity. A Commercial License is required for the commercial uses it permits; logo or trademark use requires a separate written agreement.

You may not resell, give away, sublicense, upload for public download or redistribute the Illustration or its files, whether original or modified. You may not sell prints, merchandise, templates or digital products containing it.

You may provide the file to a printer or tattoo artist solely to create your personal print or tattoo. They may not reuse the Illustration for other customers, sell it or share the file.

Copyright in the original Illustration remains with Paulina Chencova. You purchase permission to use it, not ownership or exclusive rights. The Illustration may be licensed to other buyers. Buying this license does not grant rights to other illustrations from the shop.

As a digital product, this purchase is generally non-refundable and non-exchangeable, subject to applicable law and Paddle’s Buyer Terms and Refund Policy. This does not limit mandatory rights, including rights relating to faulty, missing or misdescribed files. If you have a problem with your files, please contact me.
