The digital kit includes Main Logo, Secondary Logo and Circle Logo variations, a favicon, two patterns, profile images, a colour palette, font recommendations, a Brand Style Guide and a Brand Usage Guide. Artwork is supplied in AI, EPS, PDF, SVG, PNG and JPG formats, as applicable to each asset. No physical products are included.

You receive a non-exclusive license to use the kit for one brand or business. You may use it on your website, social media, packaging, signage, stationery, marketing materials and finished products sold by that business. There is no print-run or copy limit. A separate license is required for each additional brand or business.

You may adapt the name, text, layout and artwork for that same business, yourself or with a designer. Modified versions remain subject to this license. Credit to the designer is not required.

The kit is sold as a ready-made design with the supplied Lemonia name and colour versions. Personalisation, name replacement, recolouring and additional design work by Paulina Chencova are not included in the purchase. These services can be arranged separately.

Full Color logos and patterns are supplied in fixed colour combinations and are not set up for recolouring in Canva. If you need these artworks in a different palette, please contact me before purchasing to discuss whether separate design work is needed.

To change the colour of a single-colour logo, upload its SVG file to Canva, select it and choose a new colour using the colour control, where available. Changing logo lettering or making more detailed edits may require compatible vector software and design skills. Permission to adapt the kit does not mean all files can be edited in Canva.

You may not resell, give away, sublicense or redistribute the kit or its individual assets as design files, stock artwork, templates or another branding kit, whether original or modified. You may share necessary files with a designer or printer solely for work on your licensed business. They may not reuse or redistribute those files.

Copyright in the original artwork remains with Paulina Chencova. This is a non-exclusive kit and may be sold to other customers. Your purchase does not transfer copyright or exclusive rights to the Lemonia name or supplied artwork.

You may use the logos as your business identity, but may not claim exclusive ownership of the supplied artwork or prevent other licensed buyers from using it. Trademark registration and checks on the availability of the business name are not included or guaranteed.

You will need software compatible with the files you wish to use or edit. Software subscriptions and third-party font licenses are not included in this license. The recommended fonts are available separately under their own terms.

The kit provides brand assets, not completed layouts for every print application. Any necessary layout preparation should be agreed with your designer or printer. Colours may vary between screens and printed materials. Refer to the Brand Usage Guide for practical file instructions.

For purchases processed through Paddle, payment, cancellation and refund requests are subject to the applicable Paddle Buyer Terms, refund policy and mandatory law. This license does not limit rights relating to faulty, missing or misdescribed content, or any mandatory consumer rights. If files are missing or do not match the product description, please contact me.
